Live-In CHHA​/Companion​/Caregiver

Position Overview

We are hiring Po polsku‑speaking Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), Companion, or Live‑In Caregiver for private‑pay clients in Ocean County, NJ (Toms River, Brick, Lakewood, Point Pleasant area).

• Pay: Competitive pay per day live‑in
• Hours: Live‑in (full week, sleep included) or 24‑hour awake rotation
• Location: Ocean County, NJ (Toms River, Brick, Lakewood, Point Pleasant)
• Language Preference: Po polsku fluency strongly preferred (English helpful for family liaison)
• Certification: Active NJ CHHA license required for hands‑on care; companion‑only roles may not require CHHA
• Start: Immediate (5‑10 business days from application)

• Provide hands‑on personal care to private‑pay clients.
• Support clients with dementia, post‑stroke, post‑surgical, hospice‑bridge, and chronic‑condition care.
• Maintain communication with family members and the Registered Nurse.
• Live at the client’s home during the work week (Mon‑Fri or longer rotations).

• Active NJ CHHA license (CNA + 60‑hour NJ home health module accepted for hands‑on care).
• Po polsku fluency strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation to Ocean County.
• 2+ years of in‑home senior care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with family and RN.

• W‑2 employment; taxes withheld.
• Private bedroom provided at client’s home.
