Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Part-Time Remote Weekend Triage RN to support patients from home, working every other Saturday and Sunday 8:30am–5:00pm.
You will triage calls, assist with admissions, provide symptom management visits when needed, and collaborate with nurses, social workers, and CNAs to ensure seamless care.
