The Care Team Hospice seeks an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide after-hours nursing care, symptom management, and crisis intervention for home and facility hospice patients. This mostly remote role offers a 7 on/7 off schedule with evening and weekend coverage, supported by a strong interdisciplinary team.
Applicants must hold an active RN license, have field experience preferred, and be willing to drive as needed. Proficiency with HCHB and a valid driver’s license are required.
