• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
• Hold current/active CPR certification.
• Be customer-service oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Demonstrate excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
