Optimal Care - Evergreen in Michigan seeks a Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care during overnight hours. You’ll work a 7-on / 7-off night rotation (5pm–8am) with shifts from home and no on-call requirements.
Daily travel within the Jackson service area is required to visit patients at home or in facilities. You’ll assess urgent symptoms, perform interventions, and support families all night, coordinating with physicians and the hospice team to maintain continuity
