Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems. Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic and maintaining inventory. Handle patient appointments and conduct routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes. Communicate with patients about healthy lifestyle choices and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Encourage patient participation in their own healthcare through services like health screenings and chronic condition management.
WorkRequirements
Must work three out of every six weekends with possible holiday rotations. Remote work capability in a clinical care team culture.
Qualifications- Education:
Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification. - Licenses:
State of employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
