Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)

Pediatrix & Obstetrix is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join their dedicated neonatal care team across four Level II NICUs in the Oklahoma City Metro Area, providing impactful care for newborns and their families while offering a balanced work-life schedule. The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) will:

  • Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver care in these four facilities.
  • Provide neonatal and newborn care across 4 different Level II NICUs in the Oklahoma City Metro Area, including:
    Lakeside, Southwest, Canadian, and Edmond.
  • Work 12 shifts per month, with approximately 18 days off per month. Shifts will include a combination of 12-hour shifts, 24-hour shifts (in-house and on-call).
  • On-call from home during off shifts.
  • Additional shift opportunities are available covering the newborn nursery at Lakeside for 4-hour shifts.

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. Not accepting Locums candidates. New fellows are encouraged to apply. Not accepting visa candidates.

  • Additional License Requirements:
    Current APRN national specialty certification, must be Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Master's Degree (minimum)
