Elevance Health is recruiting a Remote Triage – RN to serve as a licensed nurse in our remote triage call center. You will monitor members using disease‑specific protocols and provide clinical support via telephonic outreach and inbound calls.
You will assess chronic condition management needs, review labs and medications, and communicate with members and caretakers to coordinate care. A compact license is strongly preferred and in‑person training may be required.
