Eventus Whole Health Teletriage services deliver care to residents across facilities via telehealth, phone, and two-way messaging. The role requires an NC-licensed APRN or physician assistant to provide primary care and acute psychiatry within site protocols.
The teletriage provider will manage messages, triage needs, document encounters, and collaborate with facility staff and the patient’s regular provider, upholding HIPAA and safety standards.
