Registered Nurse - Outpatient - Pulmonary Critical Care - Fishers

Part and full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus.

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role.

We are seeking a full‑time RN to support the Pulmonary office located in Fishers, IN. The RN will provide triage support for IU Fishers Pulmonologists and remote support for the Methodist Pulmonary team, with responsibilities including managing sick calls, processing medication refills, coordinating DME orders, and completing prior authorizations.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Hybrid role with in‑clinic days on Mondays and Thursdays; remote work available on remaining days.

No weekends! No holidays!

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN);
  Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions:
  Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
