Overview
Part and full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus. If you are an upcoming or recent nurse graduate, or have a minimum of one year of RN experience, consider this position.
PositionWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work at our Otolaryngology Clinic located in Fishers, Indiana. The RN will work a hybrid schedule: in‑clinic support for a provider on Mondays and Thursdays, and remote work for the remaining days.
The RN will perform typical ambulatory responsibilities within an ENT clinic, including supporting a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who performs some in‑clinic procedures. Candidates with experience in sterile technique and procedural setup are preferred.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
No evenings, weekends, or holidays

- Associate of Nursing (ASN) required;
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates who have not graduated from such a program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA required.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Possibility to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
- Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
Sign‑on Bonus: $30,000 for both part‑time and full‑time roles.
