Elevance Health is seeking a Remote Triage – RN to join our telehealth team. This role supports members via phone, using disease-specific protocols to assess and manage care, with a focus on chronic condition programs.
You will work a rotating 4x10 schedule (7:30am–6:00pm CST), primarily remote with required in-person training. A BA/BS and at least 3 years of RN experience are required; compact license preferred.
