CRi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Vienna, VA team to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes in accordance with physician orders and regulations. The LPN will supervise DSPs and coordinate with families and an interdisciplinary team.
We value experience with /DD populations and strong nursing assessment skills, with the ability to work independently and document in an EMR. Travel to home-based assignments is required as needed.
