Accent Care seeks a Nurse Practitioner (Palliative Care) to serve Seaford, DE and surrounding areas in a remote/virtual capacity. This PRN role focuses on developing care plans and symptom management for patients with chronic and terminal illnesses, with coordination across the care team.
Ideal candidates will be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state, hold an active DEA license, and maintain CPR certification; some travel to care sites is expected as part of coverage requirements.
