Onco
360 Oncology Pharmacy in Louisville, KY seeks an Oncology Nurse Navigator to coordinate cancer care, educate patients and support providers. The role is remote, but candidates must live within commuting distance to Louisville and work 9:30-6 EST, Monday–Friday.
Starting salary is $80K+ with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for start dates before August 31, 2026. RN license required; BSN preferred with oncology experience a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k match and PTO.
