Bright Spring Health Services seeks a part-time Tele-Triage Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide remote triage and care planning for populations in the assigned locations. Must hold an LPN compact license and have experience in home health or remote triage.
Shifts include in-demand weekend/weekday slots with start date around 8/10/26. Eligible candidates will develop nursing care plans and coordinate with pharmacies and providers from a remote setting.
