• Implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on your scope of practice.
• Communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members regarding patient health status.
• Provide care ranging from tracheostomy and ventilator management to feeding tube care, wound care, and seizure management.

• Valid Minnesota LPN license.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Education and experience in the scope of services offered by the agency.
• BLS CPR certification renewed at recommended frequencies.
• Physical ability to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50 lbs.
