Geisinger Health Plan is seeking an RN Pediatric Case Manager to support our vision of delivering better health easier for our community. This remote role requires PA residency and 40 hours per week, days, exempt status.
You will join a multidisciplinary team to optimize care, using evidence-based guidelines and comprehensive care plans. Qualified candidates bring at least 2 years of RN experience, ACMA certification within 2 years, and a preference for BSN.
