Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator - Registered Nurse

As a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator with CVS Health, you will use your clinical skills to educate patients and caregivers about pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) therapies through infusion training and clinical support.

This is a direct hire/full-time position.

• Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations, and sales teams to coordinate the patient’s plan of care.
• Work within a highly specialized area of nursing with autonomy in a home care service.
• Assist patients who are initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in one‑on‑one settings.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills to interact with key partners.
• Participate in on‑call rotations as business needs require.
• Travel: position is based in Omaha, NE, primarily visiting patients within NE, IA, MN, ND, SD, WY (~70% of the time) with a 2–3 hour drive; occasional travel to AZ, CO, , NM, UT (~20%) and overnight stays 1–2 days/week. Work from home about 10% of the time. Candidates must reside within one hour of Eppley Airfield.

• Must live within one hour of Eppley Airfield.
• Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted license in NE, with ability to obtain additional licensure for the multi‑state service area.
• Two years of experience in a critical care or acute care hospital setting providing high‑tech infusions, or two years of high‑tech home infusion experience.
• Ability to build positive business relationships with all levels of medical/clinical personnel.
• Ability to travel as noted in the position summary and as business needs require.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid, current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as determined by staffing and business needs.

• Experience caring for patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
• Home healthcare and pediatric experience.
• CRNI certification.

• RN Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

• Typical pay range: $54,095.00 – $.
• Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
