Elevance Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Texas, Kansas, Iowa, or Arizona to deliver primary care via telehealth and collaborate with physicians to develop complex care plans for adults.
Requires an MS in Nursing, active NP certification, current NP license in listed states, and 2+ years of complex care experience. EMR proficiency and DEA/Medicaid credentials are preferred. This is a full-time remote/hybrid position with in-person training sessions.
