Humana, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (VSP) for a remote, part-time to variable schedule role averaging 20-30 hours per week over a six-month period. The appointee will perform virtual visits, assess chronic and preventive care needs, and coordinate with PCPs and care teams to close gaps in care.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Nursing, is ANCC or AANPCB certified, and maintains an active NP license in eligible states. Some travel to Humana offices may be required.
