Included Health, Inc. is seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Pennsylvania and other states to provide virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.
We offer a Part-Time (20 hours/week) schedule with weekday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts, every-other weekend, and 2 holiday shifts per year. Active multi-state RN NP licensure is required.
