MaziCTools is seeking a qualified RN Case Manager for a fully remote, full-time role. You will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate case management activities telephonically or face-to-face with members, ensuring wellness and regulatory compliance while operating within EST hours.
The position requires an active RN license, 3+ years acute-care experience, 1+ year computer and multi-monitor use, and willingness to obtain additional state licenses. Weekend/holiday work may be required.
