Location: Jefferson
Molina Healthcare is seeking an experienced Care Manager or Iowa-licensed RN to join the LTSS team in Iowa. The role involves face-to-face and telephonic visits, assessing needs, and coordinating long-term services for Medicaid members. Most work is in the field with some time from a home office, Monday–Friday, 8–5 CST.
The ideal candidate has LTSS or care management experience within an MCO or with IHH assessments, strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to travel 25-40% locally.
