Company Description Endo Kids Concierge is a pediatric endocrinology concierge practice dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care to children and adolescents with endocrine and metabolic conditions. The practice emphasizes accessible, family-centered services, offering extended support and communication beyond traditional office visits. By limiting patient volume, Endo Kids Concierge is able to provide more time, attention, and tailored care to each child and family.

The team collaborates closely with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to promote optimal health outcomes and long-term wellbeing.

Role Description This is a part-time hybride Nurse Practitioner role based in Vienna, VA, with a mix of in-office care and work-from-home responsibilities. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care for pediatric endocrine conditions, including conducting assessments, ordering and interpreting lab tests, developing care plans, and managing ongoing treatment. Daily responsibilities include performing in-person and virtual visits, educating patients and families about diagnoses, medications, lifestyle changes, and follow-up care, and documenting encounters in the electronic health record.

The role also involves coordinating care with pediatricians, specialists, and school personnel, responding to patient messages, and supporting the concierge model through timely communication and high-touch, individualized service. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with the physician to refine care protocols, contribute to practice workflows, and help maintain a compassionate, child-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia and national certification as a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner, with prescriptive authority.
• Clinical experience in pediatrics; experience or strong interest in pediatric endocrinology, diabetes management, and other endocrine disorders.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making abilities, including ordering, interpreting, and acting on diagnostic tests in collaboration with supervising clinicians.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills for educating children, adolescents, and families in an understandable, supportive manner.
• Comfort with hybrid work, including use of telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and secure messaging tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and provide prompt, reliable follow-up consistent with a concierge care model.
• Demonstrated commitment to equitable, inclusive, and family-centered care, respecting diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification; advanced pediatric life support (PALS) preferred.
• Experience in small practice or startup clinical settings is a plus, including participation in workflow improvement and quality initiatives.
