What You'll DoAs our Regional Nurse, you'll serve as a trusted clinical partner to multiple Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
Clinical Leadership- Provide clinical oversight and support to community leadership and nursing teams.
- Assist communities in delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
- Review clinical documentation and resident outcomes.
- Help develop individualized care plans and clinical best practices.
- Utilize Quality Assurance tools to monitor clinical performance.
- Prepare communities for state surveys and inspections.
- Conduct mock surveys and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
- Assist in developing policies, procedures, and corrective action plans.
- Monitor quality indicators and clinical outcomes.
- Train and mentor nursing and caregiving teams.
- Provide education on:
- Infection Prevention
- Medication Management
- Resident Safety
- Wound Care
- Regulatory Requirements
- Support onboarding and ongoing clinical development.
- Partner with Executive Directors, Health Services Directors, and Home Office leadership.
- Build strong relationships across multiple communities.
- Promote communication, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Participate in regional meetings and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) licenseor LPN License with prior senior housing experience
- Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Geriatrics
- Strong knowledge of Oregon Assisted Living regulations and survey process
- Experience preparing for regulatory surveys
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable analyzing clinical data and quality metrics
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Oregon
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), orADN/ASN
- 3–5+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) preferred
- Multi-site clinical leadership experience
- Experience with Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI)
- Experience mentoring clinical leaders
