Molina Healthcare is seeking an experienced Care Manager or Iowa-licensed RN to join the LTSS team for the Iowa Health Plan. Responsibilities include face-to-face and telephonic member visits, completing assessments to determine needed services, and managing care until discharge.
The ideal candidate has care management experience in a managed care setting. Work hours are Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM CST; about 75% fieldwork with remaining time from a home office.
