RN Case Manager/Monthly Assessment Nurse
We are seeking an RN Case Manager/Monthly Assessment Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, care plans, and documentation of assigned residents.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This position is non-exempt and will be paid on an hourly basis. The initial pay range for this position upon commencement of employment is projected to fall between $55.00 hourly.
