Job Description & How to Apply Below

Company Description The DRIPBaR is a wellness-focused organization built on the belief that health begins at the cellular level and that supporting cellular function can improve overall vitality and resilience to disease. The team works with clients who may experience low-grade, nonspecific symptoms that impact energy and wellbeing, aiming to address these concerns before they progress into more serious conditions. By targeting cells for rejuvenation, The DRIPBaR seeks to better maintain organ and system health and promote long-term wellness.

The company’s objective is to help clients pursue a long, healthy, and vital lifespan through preventative, cell-based health strategies.

Role Description This part-time Nurse Practitioner role at The DRIPBaR is a hybrid position based in Fayetteville, NC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct client care, including health assessments, IV therapy oversight, and monitoring client responses to treatments focused on cellular health and preventative wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, collaborating on individualized care plans, educating clients on preventative health and wellness protocols, and ensuring safe administration of therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines.

The role also involves documenting encounters in accordance with regulatory standards, coordinating follow-up visits, and working closely with the clinical and support team to maintain high-quality, client-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina and current board certification, with eligibility to practice in a wellness or preventative care setting.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, IV therapy oversight, and monitoring of treatment outcomes in an outpatient or ambulatory setting.
  • Strong communication and client education skills, including the ability to explain wellness concepts, treatment options, and preventative health strategies in accessible language.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, and follow evidence-based protocols and safety standards.
  • Experience or strong interest in integrative, functional, or preventative medicine, particularly in areas related to cellular health, nutrition, and lifestyle modification.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid model, including on-site care in Fayetteville, NC and limited remote responsibilities such as telehealth follow-ups and documentation.
  • CPR/BLS certification and familiarity with infection control, HIPAA regulations, and quality improvement practices.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including possible evenings or weekends based on client needs.
