The Field Registered Nurse (Field RN) administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Florida
- Required minimum one (1) year of nursing experience; preferred one (1) year experience in a home healthcare
- Must have current BLS Certification
- This position requires significant local travel
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- Current CPR certification Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Begin the initial Start of Care (SOC) assessment and regularly reevaluate the patients nursing needs.
- Meet Daily Productivity Standards.
- Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
- Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
- Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner.
- $45 - $52/hr
