Bluegrass Care Navigators is hiring an After-Hours Hospice RN to deliver patient-centered care for individuals receiving comprehensive health care outside regular hours. The role requires working from home settings or patients' homes with travel to Whitley, Laurel, Clay, and Knox Counties.
The RN will respond to patient needs, manage symptoms, support families, and provide clinical guidance while working autonomously within an interdisciplinary team. A valid RN license and CPR are required.
