Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Monmouth County, NJ. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision and manage a diverse patient panel with chronic diseases.
You will assess health, order tests, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with our clinical operations team. A NJ NP certification and strong clinical skills are required; hospice experience is a plus.
