Alignment Health is seeking a Remote Part-Time Weekend Inpatient Review Nurse (CA LVN or RN) to join our Utilization Management team. You will support members through the continuum of care on Saturdays and Sundays, coordinating with primary care physicians, facility case managers, discharge planners and contracted providers.
Responsibilities include reviewing inpatients, generating referrals, and communicating with the care team to ensure appropriate, cost-effective care while maintaining safety
