Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support home infusion patients in Zanesville, OH and surrounding areas. The role focuses on direct patient care, coordination with the care team, and ensuring safe home-based infusion therapy.
You’ll work 12–16 hours weekly, participate in an on-call rotation, and drive to patient homes (mileage reimbursed). Requirements include an active RN license in Ohio, a BSN preferred, and experience with IV access and infusion therapy.
