Intella Triage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our remote after-hours hospice triage team. You will triage hospice patients and families by phone, ensuring timely interventions and coordination of care in a patient-centered manner.
Qualifications include an active multistate RN license and hospice/palliative care experience. You must be comfortable with EMR documentation and be able to work independently in a remote setting.
