  • Shift: 12-hour shifts, including 24-hour on-call shifts, with additional 4-hour nursery shifts
  • Hours/Week: Approximately 18 days off per month
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • License/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license;
    Neonatal certification preferred
  • Experience: At least 1 year of Neonatal NP experience preferred; new fellows encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide specialized care across four Level II NICUs
  • Manage neonatal and newborn patient care, including assessment, intervention, and discharge planning
  • Participate in on-call duties from home during scheduled shifts
  • Cover nursery shifts at Lakeside facility as needed
  • Support families and ensure quality outcomes in a high-volume neonatal setting
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies
  • Uphold safety and quality standards in neonatal care
What You Need
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma or eligible for licensing
  • Neonatal certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of neonatal experience (new fellows encouraged)
  • Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and teamwork orientation
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and on-call duties
