Overview

LPN Nurses - New Grads Welcome. Full Time Nights. We are looking for caring and compassionate LPNs to join our team. The LPN provides direct resident care, collaborates with physicians, residents and the multi-disciplinary team, and provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.

• Provides direct care to residents.
• Coordinates, supervises and evaluates resident care.
• Assists with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicates with nursing and other departments and service providers.
• Exhibits a positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff.
• Performs related tasks as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Education: Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long-term care experience preferred
