Amedisys is seeking a licensed RN for a part-time, 30–32 hour weekly hospice teletriage role. This remote position requires weekend availability, no overnights, and flexibility with licensure across states, including CA, MA, and OR.
You will assess patients telephonically, use the EHR, provide care plan guidance to families, coordinate with pharmacies and DME, and document in real time to support high-quality end-of-life care.
