Alignment Health is seeking a remote RN Health Specialist to join the Virtual Care Center. You will serve as a frontline triage nurse, using clinical judgment to assess patient concerns, provide telephonic and video-based clinical support, and escalate to APCs when appropriate.
Ideal candidates have ED/Urgent Care/ICU/CCU or Telehealth experience and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual setting while delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
