Optum is seeking a Service Contract Act Nurse Advice Line RN to provide triage and health education via phone, chat, and video in a 24/7 virtual call center. This full-time remote role requires 3+ years of clinical experience and an active compact RN license.
Shifts include weekends and three 12-hour shifts, with start times around 6:00–7:30am CST and end times around 6:30–8:00pm CST. Training will be 40 hours over 4 weeks during regular daytime hours.
