About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced psychiatric provider, either a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to join our psychiatry team in a fully remote W-2 position.
This role is best suited for a provider who values clinical quality, patient continuity, strong documentation, schedule stability, and working within a supportive outpatient medical practice.
The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs, including medication management and longitudinal follow-up care.
CompensationThis is a full-time W-2 employment position with comprehensive employer-paid benefits, not a 1099 contractor role.
- Base Salary: $120,000 annually
- Estimated Annual Bonus Opportunity: Approximately $15,000
- Projected Annual Cash Compensation: Approximately $135,000, with potential upside based on productivity, collections, and KPI performance
- Estimated Total Position Value (including cost of benefits): $153,000 - $160,000
Our bonus structure is reviewed quarterly and is designed to recognize provider contribution, productivity, quality of care, documentation standards, and overall performance.
This role is structured as a total employment package. In addition to base salary and bonus opportunity, the position includes 100% employer-paid employee medical insurance, employer-sponsored dental and vision benefits, malpractice coverage, CME support, retirement match, PTO, and a fully remote Monday–Friday schedule.

Providers remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and finalizing all clinical documentation.
Clinical ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Provide medication management for patients with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
- Develop and update treatment plans.
- Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, side effects, and treatment expectations.
