Included Health is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Utah to deliver virtual comprehensive care for patients of all ages. You will work with our provider and support teams in a high-volume, integrated practice.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Urgent Care or Primary Care, hold multi-state licenses (5+ preferred), and possess RN/NP certifications. This is a part-time role with 20+ hrs/week and evenings/weekends; remote scheduling applies.
