Eleanor Health is seeking a qualified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide MAT and related care for patients, in a remote setting. The role reports to the Regional Medical Leader and supports a longitudinal, value-based model of care.
Candidates must hold an active APN license, MSN or higher, a DEA registration, and PMHNP certification. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a total compensation range of $130,000–$140,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week.
