Included Health is seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Rhode Island (multi-state licensure strongly preferred) to deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions. You will work closely with our provider and support teams in a high-volume urgent/primary care setting.
This part-time role (20 hours/week) requires at least 3 years of experience, active NP and RN licenses, and multiple state licenses.
