Included Health is seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in South Dakota and other states to provide virtual, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. The role requires at least 3 years in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care and an active RN compact license with multi-state licensure.
Part-time (20 hours/week) offers shifts 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with every other weekend, remote work eligibility, and productivity incentives.
