We are currently expanding our specialized clinical programs and are looking for highly motivated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) with active DEA licenses and clinical experience in Men’s Health (TRT), Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1 therapy), or Primary Care. Your Role at Tuyo Health:As a Remote NP, you will be the clinical driving force behind our therapeutic programs. You will manage both synchronous (video/phone) and asynchronous (chat/chart review) tasks, providing top-tier care to our patients.
- Clinical Assessment & Prescribing:
Evaluate patients for our core programs (TRT, GLP-1 weight loss, or Primary Care). Review comprehensive lab panels, diagnose acute/chronic conditions, and prescribe/manage customized evidence-based treatment plans safely and effectively. - Patient Management:
Conduct remote consultations and provide ongoing asynchronous follow-up care to monitor patient progress, manage medication side effects, adjust dosages, and provide necessary counseling. - Platform Navigation:
Accurately document all patient encounters in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and manage your time utilizing our internal tracking tools (Clockify). - Quality Assurance:
Ensure that every patient interaction reflects Tuyo Health's standard of empathy, warmth, and clinical excellence.
- Language Skills (Mandatory): 100% Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required (both written and spoken).
- State Licensure:
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in NJ (Multiple state licenses are a massive plus). - Active DEA License:
You must hold a current and active DEA license to prescribe controlled substances. - Specialized
Experience:
Proven clinical experience in at least one of the following:
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), GLP-1 receptor agonists for weight management, or general Primary Care. - Tech-Savviness:
Comfortable working in a 100% digital environment. You must be adept at using EHRs, Slack for team communication, and time-tracking software. - Autonomy:
Ability to work independently, meet response-time metrics, and manage your own schedule responsibly.
