Hillcrest & Hermitage Care & Rehab are hiring full‑time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about providing compassionate care and making a tangible impact on patients and residents. • Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest level of quality and compassion.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Full‑time LPN positions with competitive hourly rate.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 26 payments.
