Physicians East, P.A. is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to coordinate and conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits in accordance with CMS guidelines. The RN will work with the population health team to identify preventive care needs and document findings in the EHR.
This part-time, remote-friendly role is based at our Arlington location in Greenville, NC with flexible hours and the option to work from home in a HIPAA compliant setting. Current RN license and BLS certification are required.
