Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Hospice Triage Registered Nurse to join our team. This remote role supports after-hours triage for patients and families, coordinating care and ensuring timely documentation.
The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree or higher in Nursing, is an RN licensed in the state, has at least 2 years of hospice experience, and is comfortable using tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software. The role is remote with 40 hours per week.
