We are seeking Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to join our growing virtual primary care team. This is an exciting opportunity to practice at the forefront of telemedicine while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Full-time candidates are preferred, although qualified part-time providers may be considered.

- Standard full-time schedule of 36 clinical hours per week
- Part-time opportunities available (minimum 24 hours/week)
- Typical patient panel of approximately 3,000 patients
- Day, evening, weekend, and overnight scheduling options available
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Minimum two years of previous brick-and-mortar, in-office primary care practice experience
- Prior Epic EMR experience required
- Excellent communication and technology skills
- Active NP license in Massachusetts or New Jersey
- Visa sponsorship is not available
